Who's who
A sworn translator is a person on the Ministry of Justice list; only they certify translations. A notary is a public officer; only they perform notarial acts. DocsCenter is a service that organises their work for you: we do not translate or certify documents ourselves, and we say so plainly.
Why it's convenient
You don't have to search for a translator with the right language, check what the registry or voivodeship office wants, juggle notary and interpreter schedules or work out Ukrainian procedures. You talk to us in your language; we handle the partners in Polish.
Handing over documents
You can attach a photo or scan of the document to the website request — it helps us quote faster. Originals, if needed, are handed over at our Wrocław office or sent by post. Documents go only to the provider handling your order.
Timelines
The provider gives the timeline after the quote: a typical translation usually takes a few working days, urgent work is faster for a surcharge. Documents from Ukraine depend on the authority, the archive and delivery.
Payment and guarantees
We quote before work starts. If a translation contains an error, the translator corrects it free of charge. Complaints are accepted by e-mail and phone and answered within 14 days.
