The docscenter.pl service is run by Kostiantyn Soldatko, NIP 899-282-35-70, Wrocław. DocsCenter is a coordination service, not a sworn translator, a notary or a public authority.
Providers
Sworn translations are made and certified by sworn translators on the Ministry of Justice list; notarial acts are performed by notaries; acts in Ukraine by authorised providers. Each is responsible for their own act within their powers.

Request form
Sending the form does not oblige you to sign a contract. You may attach a photo or scan of a document — it is used only to quote and carry out the order.
Complaints
Complaints are accepted at higert@icloud.com or by phone and answered within 14 days. Translation errors are corrected free of charge.
