Data controller

What data and why
- Name, phone, preferred messenger, type of service, document type, languages, urgency, purpose and comment — to answer your request and prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- Marketing consent — news and offers (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), until withdrawn.
- Technical data and cookies — as described in the Cookie Policy.
Documents
If you attach a photo or scan of a document to your request, the file reaches us via Telegram and is used only to quote and carry out the order. It is passed to the provider after your confirmation. We delete the file on request or after the order is completed, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Recipients
- Partners carrying out the order: a sworn translator, a notary, a provider in Ukraine — only as far as needed for the order and after your confirmation.
- IT providers: Netlify (hosting), Telegram (request notifications), Google (ads and statistics — only after cookie consent).
Messengers
If you write to us via Telegram, Viber or Instagram, the messenger operator also processes data under its own rules.
Retention
Request data is kept for up to 12 months after the last contact and, once a contract is signed, for the period required by law.
Transfers outside the EEA
Some providers (Netlify, Google, Telegram) may process data outside the EEA under standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, complaint to the President of UODO.
Deleting your data
Write to higert@icloud.com or call +48 787 451 787 (also Telegram) — we delete data within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep it.
